There are people God places in our lives whose influence goes far beyond a single moment—they help shape the very way we live, think, and follow Jesus. For me, Dr. Billie Hanks Jr. and his wife Carol Anne are exactly those people.

Through the work of the International Evangelism Association (IEA), Dr. Hanks has dedicated his life to discipleship, evangelism, and raising up leaders with a foundation built on purity and integrity. His books have been more than just words on a page for me—they have been a source of guidance, conviction, and hope. Each chapter has felt like a gentle reminder that living a life of purity is not only possible but also deeply rewarding when our eyes are fixed on Christ.

Purity is something I’ve wrestled with, something I’ve longed for, and something I’ve grown to value at the very core of my being. Dr. Hanks’ teaching has reminded me that purity isn’t just about outward choices—it’s about the heart.
